Disappointed
When I go to a concert, I expect to see a live band. A great and active band is almost just as important as the entertainer. SWV was okay.
People around me were all complaining about the sound. It sounded like a dragging noise and was very hard to hear them sing. Although Thee Sacred Souls looked good physically, the music sounded very badly.
If you want to see a fantastic concert where you will be entertained with a lot of good music, action, band, dancing, etc... go see CHARLIE WILSON!!! Wow! That man works hard entertaining his audience. He put his heart in it. You feel like you have gotten more than what you paid.
Having to travel to see this show, it absolutely was not worth the concert ticket, hotel room, food, gas and time to go see. Very disappointing. They sang the last few chords to their song and literally just walked off the stage after only 50 (and that's rounding up) minutes!!! But the real kicker was when they announced that their time was almost up.
I had been looking forward to seeing Thee Sacred Souls because I really like their music but became quickly disappointed. Basically, we wasted a lot of money.
